Reset Relationship Assessment & Review – Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Your Growth At Love Recon, we believe the Reset Relationship Assessment & Review is a powerful, transformational tool that helps couples understand, strengthen, and navigate their relationship at a deeper level.

We stand behind the value of this experience, and we want you to feel confident in taking this next step. If, after fully completing the process, you feel the assessment and coaching session did not provide meaningful insight or value to your relationship, we offer a full refund, no pressure, no hassle.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Both partners must complete the full Reset Relationship Assessment. Each individual must complete their assessment in full for accurate and meaningful review results.

2. Both partners must complete the 90‑minute Review Session This session is conducted with one of our Master Relationship Coaches and is a required part of the experience.

3. Refunds must be requested at the end of the Review Session If you don’t feel you gained valuable insight, clarity, or tools from both the assessment and the 90‑minute review, simply let your coach know at the end of the session, and we will process your refund.
